Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MELD: AI World Kitchen Recipes (the "App"), developed and operated by Faruk Sevük ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By using MELD, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer.
MELD is an artificial intelligence-powered mobile application that generates fusion recipes by combining culinary traditions from two user-selected world cuisines. The App also generates AI-produced food imagery associated with these recipes. MELD is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
MELD uses Google's Gemini API to generate recipe content. AI-generated content:
The Developer makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content. All AI-generated recipes are used entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in MELD constitutes medical advice, dietary advice, or nutritional counseling. If you have a medical condition, food allergy, dietary restriction, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before preparing or consuming any recipe generated by the App.
MELD lets you request recipes tailored to dietary or religious preferences (for example: vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, halal, kosher, Jain, or fasting filters). These filters only guide the AI and DO NOT GUARANTEE that any generated recipe, ingredient, substitution, or preparation method actually complies with the selected dietary, religious, cultural, medical, or legal requirement. Ingredient names, sourcing, and certifications generated by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for verifying that every recipe and every ingredient genuinely meets your dietary, religious, or health requirements before preparing, serving, or consuming it. The Developer expressly disclaims all liability for any recipe that does not meet such requirements, including any resulting religious, cultural, health, or financial harm.
You may use MELD anonymously or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at monarc.devs@gmail.com.
Free-tier users can generate a limited number of recipes per day with advertisements, and may watch a rewarded ad to generate additional recipes. All usage (free and premium) is subject to reasonable fair-use rate limits to keep the service available and to prevent abuse.
MELD Premium is available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billed weekly or monthly, and removes advertisements. Premium access is provided on an unlimited basis, subject to the reasonable fair-use limits described above (intended only to prevent abuse and protect the service). Subscription fees are charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. The Developer has no ability to issue refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at your next renewal period, and we will notify you in advance.
MELD Premium is a digital subscription. Upon a completed purchase, Premium features (unlimited recipe generation, subject to the fair-use limits above, and removal of advertisements) unlock in the App immediately and remain active for your chosen billing period (weekly or monthly), renewing automatically until cancelled. No physical goods are sold or shipped. If access does not unlock after a completed purchase, use Profile → Restore Purchases within the App (or reinstall) to re-sync your entitlement.
The App, including its design, code, branding, and all non-AI-generated content, is owned by Faruk Sevük and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated recipe text and images are generated on behalf of the user and are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit content from MELD without prior written permission.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faruk Sevük and any affiliates, partners, or service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or any harm caused to a third party as a result of content generated through your use of the App.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google (Gemini API, AdMob), Supabase, and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Developer is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. To voluntarily delete your account, visit your Account Deletion page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
